Happy New Year folks

2012 was a great year for me and I trust that 2013 will be much greater! I have never had such great faith for any year like I do for 2013… Isn't it a beautiful thing to be living and not just existing?

So how do I want to live my life this year? The answer to that question remains in my heart. But one thing I hope to achieve by the end of 2013 is to have touched as many lives as possible.             

              

You would agree with me that the more successful you become the more people will hate on you. So don't be surprised if all of a sudden haters start crawling out from every nook and cranny. It's only a sign that you are getting bigger and better. I mean a fly in a room can be ignored but an elephant in a room? No way!        

Maybe I should say here that part of your New Year resolution (for those of you who make New Year resolutions) should be to ignore some things.  Not everything or everyone deserves your attention.. How people react to the way you live your life and the things you say should be of less concern to you. However, you must be careful of your actions and the words you say.

People will criticize you no matter what you do.  Well, you need not bother about these critics. Rather, you should strive to make an impact in your own way. 

As you embark on the journey for this year, let me remind you that you can't achieve anything by your own strength. Only GRACE can empower you to do great things… Strength can only come from GRACE.

Here are a few nuggets you can adopt into your life this year (A gift from me to you):

• Lift people up versus tearing people down
• Believe in your dreams even when others laugh at them 
• Say please and thank you more
• Measure your success not by your net worth but by yourself worth.     
• Stay tuned to your deepest values.
• Wear your heart on a sleeve. When people see you are real they fall in love with you.
• Demand the best from yourself.
• Become comfortable alone
• Be obsessed with learning and self-development
• Give like never before
• Listen more
• Pray more and become closer to God
